Honest answers to the questions we get asked most about timelines, pricing, how we work, and what happens after your project launches. If your question isn't here, drop us a message and we'll get back to you the same day.
These are the questions every client asks before starting a project. We've answered them as honestly as we can. Still have something specific in mind? We're easy to reach.
Ask us directlyIt depends on what you're building. A simple app with core features typically takes 8 to 14 weeks. A more complex product with custom backend systems, third-party integrations, or AI features usually runs 4 to 6 months.
We run two week Agile sprints and share a working build at the end of each one, so you always know exactly where things stand. We give you a detailed timeline before the project starts and flag any risks early never at the end.
The biggest factor in timeline isn't complexity it's how well defined the scope is before we start. Projects with a clear specification finish on time. Projects that change direction mid-build almost always run late. Our discovery phase is specifically designed to lock that down before a single line of code is written. See our services page for more on how we work.
Every project is different, so we don't publish fixed packages. Cost depends on the number of features, the platforms you need (iOS, Android, web, or all three), design complexity, and whether you need a backend or third-party integrations.
After a free discovery call, we send you a detailed, itemised proposal — no vague estimates, no hidden fees. You'll see exactly what you're paying for and why.
We'll also tell you honestly if your budget doesn't match your requirements, and suggest ways to phase the work so you launch something real without overspending upfront. Book a free call and we'll give you a realistic number.
Absolutely. We sign NDAs regularly and take confidentiality seriously. If you need one before our first conversation, just say so when you reach out we'll send it over before the call.
Your contract also includes an IP ownership clause: everything we build for you belongs to you outright the code, the designs, the database structure. You're not licensing it from us. It's yours completely when the project is delivered.
Never. Every line of code, every design, every video and illustration is produced by our in house team in Islamabad. We don't use subcontractors or freelance networks.
The people who work on your project are full time BriveX team members the same people you speak to on calls and in updates. This means consistent quality, clear accountability, and a single point of contact when something needs attention. Meet the team on our Our Team page.
We work in two week Agile sprints. At the end of each sprint, you review a working build not a report or a presentation, but actual working software you can use and test. Quality issues are caught and fixed early, not discovered at launch.
Every project has a dedicated Software Quality Assurance process, including manual testing across devices and automated checks where appropriate. You sign off on each sprint before we move to the next phase. Nothing ships without your approval.
We don't disappear after go live. Software always needs ongoing attention — bug fixes as new devices and OS versions are released, performance improvements as your user base grows, and new features as your business evolves.
We offer post launch maintenance packages covering bug fixes, OS and device compatibility updates, minor feature additions, and server or database management if we built your backend.
Most of our clients have been working with us for multiple years. We prefer long term relationships over one off projects and most clients find it easier to keep working with a team that already knows their product inside out.
Yes a large part of our client base is based in the UK, US, UAE, and across Europe. We communicate entirely in English and adapt our meeting schedule to your timezone. Time zone differences have never been a problem for us we make it work.

For mobile apps: Flutter and React Native, chosen based on your specific requirements. For web platforms: React, Next.js, Node.js, and Laravel. For AI features: we integrate with OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models depending on what makes sense for your use case and budget.
We don't push a single stack for every project. We recommend the technology that genuinely fits what you're building and we explain the trade offs in plain language so you can make an informed decision. See a full list of our services and technologies on the Services page.
Yes and you don't need to become technical to do it well. What you need is a clear understanding of the problem your product solves and who it's for. We handle the rest: we run a structured discovery process, turn your requirements into a proper specification, and explain every decision in plain English.
Non-technical founders are often great clients because they stay focused on the user experience rather than getting distracted by implementation details. Your job is to understand your users. Our job is to build what they need. Book a call — you don't need to prepare anything technical.
